INGREDIENTS (4 SERVINGS)
1 lb chicken tenders
½ cup Thrive Fields Cassava Flour (2 oz, ⅛ of a 16 oz pack)
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
Oil, for shallow frying
DIRECTION
1. In one bowl, mix cassava flour, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. In another, beat eggs.
2.Dip tenders in egg, then dredge in flour mix. Shake off excess and rest 5 min.
3. Warm ¼″ oil in a skillet over medium-high.
4. Cook tenders 3–4 min per side until golden & cooked through (165 °F).
5. Transfer to paper towels and serve with dipping sauces.
