These pliable, soft tortillas made with Thrive Field Cassava Flour are incredibly versatile — ideal for tacos, wraps, or even homemade quesadillas!
INGREDIENTS (MAKES 8 TORTILLAS)
1 cup Thrive Fields Cassava Flour (4 oz, 1/4 of a 16 oz pack)
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup warm water
DIRECTION
Mix dough:
In a medium bowl, combine cassava flour and salt. Stir in olive oil and warm water.
Mix and knead lightly until dough is smooth but not sticky.
Divide dough into 8 balls. Roll each out between parchment into thin 6–7 inch rounds.
Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each tortilla for 30–45 seconds per side until lightly blistered.
Keep warm:
Stack cooked tortillas in a clean towel to stay soft and warm.
