These no-bake chocolate energy bites are made with Thrive Field Cassava Flour, nut butter, cacao, and a touch of maple. Sweet, fudgy, and nourishing!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Thrive Fields Cassava Flour (2 oz, 1/8 of a 16 oz pack)
1/4 cup almond butter 2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 Tbsp raw cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa)
1/2 tsp vanilla Pinch of salt Water as needed
DIRECTION
In a bowl, whisk cassava flour, cacao, and salt.
Stir in almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Mix into a thick dough.
Add a few teaspoons of water as needed.
Roll into small balls. Optional: coat in cocoa or shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Store in fridge up to 1 week or freeze for longer shelf life.
