INGREDIENTS 

1 1/2 cups Thrive Fields Cassava Flour (6 oz, 3/8 of a 16 oz pack)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk (or yogurt)

1/2 cup warm water

2 Tbsp olive oil or ghee

DIRECTION

  1. In a large bowl, whisk cassava flour, salt, and baking powder.

  2. Stir in coconut milk, warm water, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

  3. Divide dough into 6 balls. Roll each one into an oval 1/4-inch thick.

  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook naan 1–2 minutes per side until browned and soft.

  5. Brush with melted ghee or olive oil and sprinkle with chopped herbs if desired.
