Chewy homemade bagels with a delicious "everything" topping - made easy with Thrive Field Cassava Flour and without boiling!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cups Thrive Fields Cassava Flour (6 oz, 3/8 of a 16 oz pack)

1/2 cup tapioca starch

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 large eggs

1/2 cup plain dairy-free yogurt or Greek yogurt

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning

DIRECTION

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine cassava flour, tapioca starch, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, yogurt, and apple cider vinegar.

  4. Stir wet ingredients into dry until a dough forms.

  5. Divide dough into 6 balls. Roll each into a rope and shape into a circle.

  6. Sprinkle with everything seasoning. Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden and firm.
